A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm reservation.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

A 10% discount is applied for stays of more than one week except for Semana Santa, Guelaguetza. Dia de Los Muertos, and Holiday Season.

The prices listed do not include 16% IVA tax + 3% occupancy tax.

The minimum stay is two nights, except Semana Santa (4 nights), Guelaguetza (4 nights), Dia de Los Muertos (5 nights), and Holiday Season (6 nights).

A gratuity for the staff is gratefully appreciated.
Most guests tip 5% of their rental.

COVID-19
Our staff follows all safety protocols required under Mexican law. They are also fully vaccinated. In the event that a government order restricts access to Oaxaca de Juárez you will be refunded for rent for any nights you cannot use.
